01 /The connecting layer

Technology moves fast.
Care needs a clear path.

We turn a complex robotics landscape into decisions your organization can act on.

02 /The right fit

Every building is different.
Your robotics strategy
should be, too.

Built for the people behind care

The future is human.
The support is evolving.

We bring the operator, the technology partner, and the care team into the same conversation. Because the real opportunity is what better support makes possible for people.

Cost and capacity assumptions

Explore greetings, directions and routine information. People own the welcome, relationships and escalations.

Fine-tune the assumptions

All workload and cost inputs are per site. Totals scale across similar sites.

Loading your scenario...

People lead care. Robotics can support defined tasks.

Estimates, not a staffing plan or performance guarantee.
How this scenario is calculated

Net capacity is routine task time × potential robot share × availability, minus human oversight. Your comparable staff rate is annual role cost ÷ annual paid hours. All displayed results scale across the number of similar sites.

In Support the team, only the share you assign to a genuinely avoidable budgeted expense counts toward cash savings. That time is removed from capacity available for people. Savings use the same blended staff rate; actual overtime or agency costs may differ.

In Add a service, we compare the same planned routine workload with and without robotic support, including remaining human work and oversight. A lower modeled budget is not an existing payroll saving.

Running costs cover 12 months even if the service operates fewer weeks. First-year impact also subtracts the upfront investment. Simple payback is shown only when annual cost reduction exceeds running costs, assuming steady operation. Financing, taxes, depreciation and ramp-up are outside this model.

Service moments express time mathematically, rounded down per site. They do not predict actual interactions, clinical outcomes, full-role replacement or 24-hour coverage. Pilot results and the complete commercial quote should replace these assumptions.
